VESTA: Investing smart in single family home rentals

Vesta GP is a Miami headquartered General Partnership specializing in single-family home investments. The team began operating in Detroit, MI in 2017, after a decade of investing, operating and building multi-family in Florida. Our core focus lies in acquiring and managing properties that generate consistent rental income and cash flow for our investors. We believe the initial success we have achieved in the Detroit market is replicable and will pave the way for us to extend our expertise to non-U.S. investors through our inaugural external fund.

Our current investment model centers on the acquisition and long-term management of single-family homes. Our target properties typically fall within the price range of $110,000 to $125,000, including acquisition and rehabilitation costs. This strategic approach allows us to deliver annual gross rental yields ranging from 8% to 12%.
